Responsive project names in portfolio roadmaps

Currently, all project names in the portfolio roadmap are left-justified in the bars that represent the duration of the projects and are not responsive when adjusting the displayed period. For instance, when you have a project that started 12 months prior to the current month and zoom the roadmap into a monthly view, the name of the project represented is no longer displayed.

There are workarounds like clicking on the bar or hovering with the mouse while using a browser view. However, we export these to include in some portfolio reporting and they leave the audience scratching their head wondering what are the projects without names.
