Auto Submit and Approve Time Submitted from a CA

Hello all,

I've created a CA that allows a PM to submit time for users that dont have access to Clarizen.  I've created a WF that changes the state of that timesheet from unsubmitted to submitted but ideally, because its a PM submitting the time, I would like the time to be automatically submitted and approved.

Its the approval bit that I cant figure out.  Any help would be much appreciated.
