Full license required to use the REST API?
Hi there. Just wondering if the account I use to authenticate, in order to use the REST API, needs to have a Full license assigned? What if the account uses a T&E account, will it still work? And finally, what about no license at all... can an un-licensed account be used to interact with the REST API?
