Allow Resource Managers to Update Personal Calendars

Currently only direct and indirect managers can update personal calendars, for adding holidays etc. Would it be possible for the 'Resource Manager' to become an indirect manager and also have the ability to update the personal calendars of users in the the group(s) that they manage?
