You could create a view that will filter out the unnecessary items and then share it as a widget. The filters should be retained.

Exclude/filter some milestones from Gantt wizard (through Extensions)
Hi,
I am working on building a Gantt view of Projects for our management team and they are interested to see only few milestones in Gantt View like UAT, Go-live, etc.
They need graphical representation of these milestones with both start and end dates.
I tried to build 'Roadmap' widget through Extensions where I could filter the required milestones. However, it doesn't show the start date and doesn't provide what all milestones are over-lapping.
Gantt chart widget provides these overlapping info but with all work-items included, it becomes huge and defeating the purpose.
Appreciate if you can help us about how to exclude some milestones from Gantt View widget (under Extensions)
