Convert Request to project

I have a request assigned to me, and I have marked the request as "approved" but the button (My Actions) is disabled, preventing me from Converting the request into a project.

Hello Michael,

Could you check with your Clarizen Admin permissions and evaluation criteria on the custom action that converts the request into project? If permissions and eval criteria are correct, please open a case with us and provide a screenshot of the issue. We'll be happy to take a closer look at it.
