Sure, you can create views for them that only show tasks due in the next week or two or three. You would just save the filter as part of the view.

Team engagement - Program versus To Do List
I'm struggling to get my team engaged with Clarizen. I guess when we program out the whole project it's easy for it to look overwhelming!! I want to find a way whereby I can just give them a simple "tasks for the week" view or for the next 2-3 weeks etc. ...is that possible? I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has found a way to make Clarizen user friendly for the basic user/team member. The bottom line is I need to forecast and program out projects, but I don't want people to switch off and say "this is a PM software and isn't for us" etc.
