Enhancement Request - Approvals Page

End Users would like to be able to see only their direct reports not the entire company down line on the Approval page. Today they can see their direct reports and the people that report to them and if the is another layer of reports they can see those employees as well. Being able to choose if the user wants to see the entire down line or just their direct reports would be helpful.
