We have some new options later this year for this scenario, but I think the best for now would be either small projects or a master project. The risk with the master project is performance may get impacted if the project gets too large, but this can be overcome by moving completed tasks to an archive or with filters.

FollowBest Practice for Small Repetitive Marketing Jobs
Hi,
I'm looking to use our instance of Clarizen to manage all our marketing jobs. Many, such as website content updates, are very small. Does anyone have any advice about the use of Projects and Tasks to manage these types of ongoing activities?
It seems that creating a Project for each job would be cumbersome. Would it be better to have a master project "Web Updates" and use Tasks instead? Reporting is a key factor for us, so I don't want to lose any granularity or detail. Is there another method I'm not looking at?
TIA,
Mark
