email license deprecated

now that email licenses were deprecated, what is the option to use for users which only update activities progress without login in Clarizen?

I would recommend a Requestor (formerly Social) license, which also gives additional collaboration and work management capabilities.

is it free? is it a non-login user type? same as email user type were.

Not free, but cost is marginal and users can report progress without logging in.
