Enhancement Request - Capacity Planner - enhanced view option

In our setup we use user groups and sub-groups that reflect the hierarchy of our companies departments, sub-departments, and teams. For Capacity planner most (Not All) users are primary on the team sub-group level of the hierarchy.

When viewing by All Groups in Capacity Planner we are seeing all user groups (organizational business units/departments) in the organization, as designed. This requires the end user to drill down into each user group & sub-group in order to view a team's capacity.

End users are requesting a way for organizational leaders to view all user groups to get a high-level picture of all teams in one view and their Capacity Plan.
