You should be able to modify the app to send emails to direct managers of those users as well, but it may generate a lot of email. Perhaps a report would be more effective that leverages the time counter from the Timesheet Compliance app.
Email Alert for Users with Incomplete Timesheets
Is there a way to automatically send an email alert to a user that has logged fewer hours than their Contract Hours. We use the Timesheet Compliance app but this requires a manager to review the module to see if any of their direct reports appear.

Use Timesheet Compliance tool. There is an option to send a reminder for both employees who didn't submit full timesheets, or those who only partially entered time. We also have a custom report which checks timesheets over last 8 days. This report is then emailed to line managers every Monday
