Pushing Files Attached to Customer Down to Projects?
I've had a request to build a workflow rule that takes files attached to a Customer and attaches them to all Projects linked to that Customer automatically. Is that possible? I have a WFR right now that rolls files UP from Tasks to Milestones and Projects, but I can't figure out how to roll them DOWN from a Customer to a Project. Any thoughts? Thanks!
