You could try having an email sent from Clarizen and then create a rule in outlook to create the task

iCalendar for Outlook
Is it possible to push Clarizen tasks to my Outlook calendar? or an assigned task to any resource in the company? I'm trying to use this feature for myself and getting error messages that I don't know what to do with.

If you go into your user profile, you can subscribe to an ical feed which will add your tasks to your Outlook calendar.
