API Timeout

Hello,

Is there a standard for how long I should wait for an API call to return before I give up?

Hi Josh,

Timeout for most of our API actions is 15 minutes.

Hi Elad,

Is there a way to increase the API timeout for an individual client?
We would like to automate work plan update of big projects and got "Gateway Timeout - In read" as response.
