In the people module you can check what email address the user account is set to, I would suggest doing this if they didn't receive the reset password email. If the email column isn't showing then it can be added in the panel settings.
One of the user reported that he is unable to log-in. He also tried to reset the password but he never received the mail. What could be the possible solution?

The email set was correct. I revoked his license and reassigned and sent an invitation again. It worked.
