Add link to email or post to Approve or Reject a request

Hi,

When submitting request (custom action) , I´d like to include a link to Approve or Reject the request.

The manager who receives the email could click on the "approve" link to proceed add some information like comment.

I saw this in the Clarizen Custom Action video... but I am not sure how to set it.

Hi Manuel, this is not an out-of-the-box action and is based on your specific approval process. I would recommend discussing with your PS consultant.
