Ability to shift fields of ‘Text Area’ type to the centre of the page in property card

The customer would like possibility to shift the fields of ‘Text Area’ type to the Centre of the page or to the right of the page, which now are defaulted to the left side of the page. For future reference, the feature request ID is CR-503858.
