Add project template after project creation

This would help a LOT with our process.

The ability to add or change the project template after project created is needed for our process as well. 

We would also really like the ability to change a project template while in DRAFT state, or add a template if it were not applied at project creation.

This would be great to have.

Would definitely help us out as well.

Well, there is kind of an option:

- Open the project you wish to add a template to

- click 'Add' -> Project

- Only enter the template.

- Save.

This adds the complete template to the project. (so you have a project with a subproject (template name) and all its template tasks and milestones.

Then you have to outdent all the milestones and tasks and you can delete the sub project with the template title.

Not nice; but ok.
