Report project name link should survive export to excel

When working with a report that has the name of a project - if one exports that report to excel the link to the project does not survive.

The link gets converted into plain text.  There are some workarounds using custom fields with gethyperlink etc..  But perhaps this functionality should just be build into the export so customers don't need to use extra fields?
