Project Highlight Report Should Automatically Cut Text Limit in PM Notes Box

When filling in the Project Highlight Report Information Box, the PM Notes box has a text limit.  If we copy our notes from a project and paste it into the box, it complains that we exceeded the limit, but forces us to guess how many to delete which becomes frustrating.  It would be nice to only allow you to paste the text limit and then we can adjust the last sentence rather than deleting and testing the save to figure out where the limit is.
