Template Name Field in Project Level Report

I am new at creating reports, and struggling to pull the TEMPLATE NAME into a project level report. I can find the name of the Project that was instantiated from the Template, but I want to gather some metrics on which Templates are being used, how often, etc..

Anyone know how I can pull the actual TEMPLATE NAME into a report?

Template fields are currently not accessible from reports. There might be a creative way to do this with workflow rules, but not with standard reporting.
