Add support for "Financial Resource Time Phase" fields in the Slide Publisher

There is currently no way of showing the information input under the "Financial View" of a Project, relating to Non Labor Resources Budget and Actual Cost. It would be very useful to be able to access that information in the Slide Publisher; otherwise, the only solution is to create custom fields named after the "Non Labor Resource" fields and displaying that information on the Project Overview Layout, which in turn renders the Financial View useless for this specific use case.
