Having a Live Support feature on the Clarizen Success site would be a game changer. I find that the bi-weekly webinars are not very efficient and a lot of times leave me with more questions than answers. It is possible the solutions are in a thread on the Clarizen Success site, but I find myself wasting time digging through posts to find something that is only remotely similar or too outdated to be of help.
Please consider rolling out a Live Support feature, either via Chat or Phone.
