Allow for other options in Enable Password Authentication

Would like to see additional options in Enable Password Authentication

Our SSO is SAML, so excel add-in/slide generator requires a password login and not SSO.

Our security team wants us to disable password login for users, as they should.

What i would like is the ability to set as Administrators Only, so at least our admins can bypass SSO especially for integrations.
