creating a task outside of the gantt

Hi

is there a way to create a costume action that creates a task, and allocates a resource to it?

the thing is that i need that this task will not be on the gantt but that the percentage of resource that i have allocated will affect the resources load and also to connect said task to the project when separated from the gantt
