Allow workplan filter to apply to roadmap projects on a portfolio

When you have a project classified as a Portfolio - then you have all your sub-projects setup under that.

One of the most powerful features of this setup is the ability to look at the roadmaps of all those sub-projects attached to the Portfolio.

However - when filtering on the 'workplan' for only active projects (as shown in the screenshot) - the filtering of the workplan does not effect the roadmaps.

This is unfortunate as sometimes one only wants to see the 'active' workplan's.

The filters applied to the workplan should apply to the roadmap.
