Show quota for each item and show run time for Scheduled Workflow Rule under configure table

It is difficult to calculate quota. If can show quota in the table, it will be convenient to manage quotas. 

When create scheduled workflow rule, sometimes there is conflict. We have to find the scheduled rule conflicted. If the run time shows in the table, it will be convenient.
