Modification of the Canned Risk email alerts

I've had many of my users ask me to add additional data into this alert.

I.e. Customer, project name, etc.

I logged a support case and was told it can't be modified and log request here.

Please let me know if there are other ideas around solving or whether it may be added to base code?

Which email are you referring to?  Can you provide some text from the email (no object names)?

You can always create your own emails with our configuration engine.  Just make a workflow rule or scheduled workflow rule that will trigger an alert based on specific criteria.  You can format these emails any way you'd like.
