I'm looking for any guidance around how we might limit a workflow rule sending multiple emails.
We have created a rule monitors and reports if a milestone has moved out of the current month, but the problem is if there are 10 additional milestones tied to this first one, and they all move out of their month because of predessor relationships we get 11 emails rather than just 1.
Anyone know of a way to just get the initial email?

Instead of sending emails, you can post a discussion. Users can set the email frequency of discussion from real-time to once-per-day, which would batch all of these changes into a single email at the end of the day.
Josh thanks for the response, can you explain further how i would post a discussion, don't see that as an option in the set actions drop down window?
