Reporting on Forecasted v Action hours

I'm trying to figure out how to create a report that will show me by Project the forecast vs actual hours by resource (all resources on the project). It looks like the "forecast" lives in the Total Project Assignment field within the Resource item but I'm unable to create a report that pulls that data in. Has anyone been able to create something similar? Thanks!
