How to get group membership of a user

Hi,

I want to add automatically in Permission the User Group of the current user. I found my way to add the permission, but only with a static User Group (always the same).  I would like to make my workflow rule dynamic, and to get the information from the currently connected user.

Any Idea on the function/fields to use ?
