Requestor License: Roadmap View on Project Level

I'd like to share the Roadmap widget on the Project level to an External user with a Requestor license. How do I proceed? 

The External user currently has a read-only widget link but would like to incorporate the Roadmap widget when they sign on to the Clarizen platform.
