Allow Sorting and Filtering in Global Search

When running a Global Search in many cases hundreds (or thousands) of items may be returned.  Using "See More Results" you can select a particular type of object, however while the viewable columns can be configured there is no sorting, filtering, or sub-searching capability.

This makes the Global Search of limited value if there are too many results.  It is an issue because the Search functions in Views and Work Plans does not search Overview fields and certain object types, such as Files and Notes, cannot be viewed directly.

Global Search results should support the same grid use everywhere else in Clarizen, and include sorting and filtering.
