Failed to save file

Every time I try to attach a file, it shows me the following message:

Failed to save file. Reason: not enough file storage quota to save this file. Please consult with your admin.

It is a new account!!

Hi Saul, please submit a support ticket and we will investigate right away. Likely you are over the storage limit for your organization.
