Getting missing argument id.values error in Prod, works in sandbox

I am getting Missing argument: Id.value when I am making an API call for deletion of calendar exception.

We are getting this error in Prod. Same code works fine in Sandbox. We were able to simulate this behavior in postman as well.

Is there any possible restrictions in prod which can cause this error?
