SAML IDP support for Excel Add-In

Support SSO for Excel add-in with SAML IDP for ADFS.

Please note that ADFS can be configured to support OAuth or SAML.
The excel add-in doesn't support SAML IDP and only supports OAUTH authentication.

For future reference, please use CR-401260.
