Integration API query

As i understand that clarizen gives us integration with lots of tools like JIRA/Salesforce/Box/sharepoint through its own UI console. 
Is these integration Rest APIs available and public accessible so that we can create our own component in any Java/.net language to achieve the same integration ? 
Please share the links of these apis if avaiable ?
