In a project or program how do you remove a deleted resource from the role Owner and replace with another resource

Can use the function 'Replace Resource' under Resourcing >> 'Replace Resource' when Program is selected. Do note that this will only replace resource. Owner and Manager fields will have to be updated manually. See screenshot:
