I believe custom fields should work as well. If they are not working for you, please submit a support ticket and we will have a look into your specific implementation.

My company is exploring the integration between Clarizen Bot and Slack. The Working with Clarizen Bot article appears to reference the use of Standard (out of the box) fields. Is anyone using Custom Fields with the Bot?
