Scheduling email notifications not working

I am going into custom reports and doing edit -> schedule button -> this opens a window to schedule a custom report and you can define who it gets sent to and when - but finding its not working. I don't get any email notification with the report output attached even if its scheduled to run a specific day/time.

How does one rectify this? the email address is correct.

Hi Rani,

Have you checked your junk/spam folder? If the emails are not there, could you please try using an external email address (e.g. Gmail) to see if that works?
