Discussion Post Email Sent Issue regard 'From' field

Does anyone know how to configure what is shown in Outlook as the 'From' individual for emails that are sent from discussion posts?  What I mean is this.  When someone creates a discussion post on a project in Clarizen, the emails that we receive show the 'From' as 'msg-<random long numbers and letters>@companyname.com' instead of the actual individual that wrote it.

I just don't know if the configuration is in System Settings, Configurations, or the InterAct piece, or somewhere else.
