Process Monitor Tool - Include Custom rules in monitoring

The Process Monitor does not currently provide insight into how our custom rules and processes are working. I would like to see this tool expanded to include the custom rules so we can monitor and modify our own custom rule as needed. I would also like to see the UI updated to allow for filtering and sorting similar to a standard database table.  This would make the tool more useful to admins reviewing performance issues during a specific date/time.
