Access to reports

Hello! We set up a number of reports which work pretty well. Only problem is that users are not able to access these reports. All panels show: You don't have permissions to view this report. All the usernames are listed under Permissions. I also gave the user Financial permission, still does not help. How can I solve this? Thanks for help, Zoltan
