Add Customer Name to an Email

Hello all,

I'm creating a workflow for projects that will send an email and I would like to include the Customer name (the company, not a person).  For example "The project for "Customer Name" has been closed.

However, as customers are linked I'm not sure how to do this.

Any help would be much appreciated.
