Salesforce Sync - Batch Records

Hi, 

The Salesforce<> Clarizen sync is causing apex cpu timeout errors in our SF instance. I was wondering if anyone knows a way to sync the records in batches? So for instance if there are 800 records to sync, only 200 would sync at a time.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
