Package .netcore console app and import into clarizen

Hi,

I have a .netcore console application that uses the clarizen rest api to load data into a custom object. Is it possible to package this and import into clarizen as an application? I would like to schedule this to run on a weekly basis. I know I can schedule it another server but would like to know if it is possible use the scheduler in clarizen.
