Function Question: Looking for a "Begins with" type of function

Hello Community!

I need help, I am trying to apply some logic to a field let call it "Field A" that when "Field B" begins with a value of 5 or 1 then "Field A" is set to "Domestic" else it is set to "International"

Found a solution using the Left function.
