How to add an URL to a Project using API

Hello,

After creating a Teams related to a Clarizen Project using Power Automate, i will add a link to this Teams (and Sharepoint) directly from Power Automate Flow. 

Do you have an idear how i can do that ? Perhaps with the "/V2.0/services/files/upload" api ?
