EAC based on Future expected revenue plus actuals?

I'd like to be able to get an Estimate To Complete based on the Expected Revenue from today onwards plus actuals.

Is there a way to create a expected revenue of the task allocations from today onwards? Or does it already exist? I'd like to add the Future Expected revenue + Actual Revenue to create my Estimate at completion. 

I find the Expected revenue for a month ends up being different to the actual revenue because it's based on what you expected the resources to work, but they often work slightly different hours to that in our business. We need to accurately estimate how much the project will cost at the end and I don't want people to have to go back and make minor adjustments to resourcing plans to get the Expected revenue to match the actual revenue.
